The short version: we collect one thing — your email — so we can tell you when TallyTally launches. No cookies, no tracking, no selling your data, and you can leave the list at any time. The detail is below.
Who we are
TallyTally is the data controller for this early-access list. Questions or requests? Email privacy@tallytally.io and a human will reply.
What we collect
Just your email address, plus the date you joined and the fact that you signed up from this page. That's it — no name, no payment details, no behavioural profile.
Why we collect it
To email you about the TallyTally launch and early access — nothing else. Our lawful basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you join. You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send, and we'll remove you straight away.
Who we share it with
We use Loops to hold the list and send the launch email. As a US-based provider, Loops processes your email on our behalf under a data-processing agreement with EU Standard Contractual Clauses covering the transfer. The site is hosted on Vercel. We never sell or rent your data, and we don't share it with anyone else.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits — it is cookieless and collects no personal data (no cross-site tracking, no profiles), so there's nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
Until launch and a short period after, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. After that, your email is deleted from the list.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@tallytally.io and we'll take care of it. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority — in the Netherlands that's the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

If this notice changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
